Mannington said it will hike prices on its residential and commercial resilient products starting Oct. 6. The planned amount of the increases was not disclosed.

The increases are needed to offset raw material costs, Mannington said. However, Kim Holm, president of residential business for Mannington, was cautiously optimistic about the future. "Crude oil prices seem to be stabilizing and we are hopeful that trend will eventually work its way into stabilizing our longer term operating costs," he said.
