James "Jay" Owens

Laticrete has appointed James "Jay" Owens national accounts manager for Daltile. He will work with Daltile on a national level to support Laticrete sales at all Daltile locations. Owens previously worked for Lomax Tile & Marble Inc. as a project manager and estimator.

Terry Gissell

Terry L. Gissell has joined Couristan as national account manager for the company's residential sales division. She will be responsible for expanding Couristan's product placement with select retail chains and national buying groups. She was most recently vp merchanding for the International Design Guild, a division of CCA Global Partners.

Mannington Mills has hired Jim Dougherty as director of ceramic business. He succeeds Zack Zehner, who was recently promoted to vp commercial hard surface. Dougherty has more than 30 years of experience in the tile industry, including roles at Interceramic, Crossville and Florim USA.

Wade Bondrowski has been named sales director for the United States for Mercier Wood Flooring. Bondrowski has worked with Mercier Wood Flooring for the past four years and has more than 20 years of experience in the hardwood flooring industry. 

Bruce Boulden

Clear Lake Lumber has expanded its sales force. Bruce Boulden has been named national distribution sales manager. He has more than 20 years of sales experience. Additionally, the company has added Eric Gibson as South territory manager. He will serve Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.
