Robert McNamara

Bostik has expanded its Construction & Distribution Division team. Robert McNamara has been named director of sales and marketing. Formerly national sales and marketing manager for the Bostik Flooring Group, McNamara will now oversee sales and marketing functions and personnel for the entire C&D division.

The company has also promoted Jim Downing to market manager of construction sealants and adhesives, as well as carpet, vinyl and ceramic patch products. Downing joined the Bostik C&D division two years ago and helped launch the Bostik Home brand.

Phil Pitts

Additionally, Bostik has named Phil Pitts hardwood installation products manager. Pitts joined the company 15 years ago as a technical service manager, and was most recently ceramic product manager for the company.

Kirby Davis

Kirby Davis, a senior architectural specialist for Laticrete's South Central territory, has been certified by the U.S. Green Building Counil as a LEED accredited professional. The designation signifies that Davis has a thorough understanding of the LEED rating system and is highly knowledgeable about LEED resources and processes.
