J Mish Carpet has made several changes to its management team. Don Karlin has joined as vp sales. His experience includes 13 years with Shaw as a vp, as well as roles as president of Carpeteria and national sales manager of Hagaman Carpet Mills. In addition, the company has promoted Mike Lawrence to director of marketing. He has also held management positions with Milliken and Shaw.
