Tarkett Commercial said it will raise prices 5 to 8 percent on all of its products beginning Oct. 1. The company said the increases were needed to offset rising fuel and raw materials costs.
“We are all aware of the business climate we are confronted with today and the challenges it presents. Over the last few months we have experienced continued, significant increases in our costs of producing resilient tile,” said Gilles de Beaumont, president Tarkett Commercial Tile. “The escalating costs of raw materials, transportation and energy have once again forced us to pass a portion of the increases on.”
