For the second year in a row, Bentley Prince Street has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal. The honor aims to recognize L.A.-area companies that help benefit "the region's economy, its workforce and businesses."
Anthony Minite, president of Bentley Prince Street, said he was honored. “We’re thrilled to again be named a best place to work, which is truly the result of the passion and commitment of all our Bentley Prince Street associates as we work together to pioneer a new model for sustainable manufacturing,” he noted. “While we have built our organization on the individuality and unique strengths of each of our associates, we each share a common goal to make our company the best we can be. This honor goes to all our associates who are passionate about what we can accomplish together.”
Bentley was awarded in the Large Companies category, which included 14 other companies. Additionally, the award included 50 winners in the Medium and five in the Small categories. The process included a rigorous analysis of every area of Bentley Prince Street’s business, including an Infrastructure and Practices Inventory employer questionnaire that evaluated policies, practices and demographics, as well as an Insight Survey conducted among 250 randomly selected staffers to measure employee engagement.
