Entering into the hard surface segment of the flooring business for the first time, A&M Supply Corp. announced it has signed an agreement with Kronotex USA to distribute the company's line of laminate flooring in Florida, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington D.C.

“We are very excited about diversifying our business into laminate flooring and look forward to developing strong relationships with flooring customers throughout our distribution area," said Ken Harris, CEO of A&M.  “This is an exciting extension of our product line and will create significant growth for the company."

To manage the new segment, A&M has added flooring veteran Matt Thornton as director of the new flooring division. The company said it plans to continue expanding its hard surface business "in the near future."

Ken Peden, COO of Kronotex, said he was proud to have A&M Supply as part of its distribution network. “A&M Supply enjoys a reputation of outstanding customer service and high quality products,” Peden noted. “We are excited to add them to the Kronotex distribution team in key markets."
